Quick Turnover Across Different Timezones
Launch an 8 mold project for a highly cosmetic bionic prosthetic knee housing within a 10 week timeline and be on budget. Further complicating the project was the fact the two companies were on different continents and almost opposite time zones.

We identified our core Columbia Plastics cross functional team members and the dedicated project manager. This team was immediately integrated with the customers cross functional team on a daily basis. Our involvement as part of the customer’s design team from the initial design to final launch was key to this projects success.
